Complimentary on all orders, with no minimum spend. Shipping is free at checkout automatically, so there is no code to enter.
When will my order ship?⌄
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?⌄
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days once your order leaves our facility.
How do I track my order?⌄
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
My parcel is delayed. What happens now?⌄
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel is with the carrier we are not able to speed it up, but email us and we will help you chase it.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return something?⌄
Thirty days from the day your order is delivered.
What condition do items need to be in?⌄
Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached.
How do I start a return?⌄
Email contact@wearwst.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 48 hours with instructions.
How will I be refunded?⌄
To your original payment method, or as store credit. Your choice, just tell us which you prefer when you get in touch.
Do you offer exchanges?⌄
Yes, for a different size. Follow the same process as a return and note the size you would like in your email.
